About Eóin
I am the Tour Operations & Transport Manager at Cronin’s Coaches, a core division of the Cronin Travel Group. The group brings together Specialized Travel Services (STS), Select Hotels & Experiences, Cronin’s Coaches, and Cork City Tours to deliver fully integrated travel solutions across Ireland and the United Kingdom. I work closely with a wide portfolio of international partners including CIE Tours, Gate 1 Travel, Collette, Brendan Vacations, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Kleemann Tours, and Specialized Travel Services, along with a broad network of bespoke tour operators and travel agencies worldwide. My role centres on the planning, coordination, and delivery of transport and touring programmes at scale, ensuring consistency, compliance, and a high standard of service across every itinerary. My background is rooted in bespoke touring and hands-on delivery, and I take a practical, detail-driven approach to operations. My experience spans private driver-guided journeys, multi-vehicle coach programmes, and complex touring logistics across Ireland and the UK, allowing me to bridge the gap between planning and execution with confidence. I can support clients directly with tailored transport solutions, including driver-guide services, luxury vehicles, and full coach touring programmes. Working alongside my team within Cronin Travel Group, we also deliver complete itinerary packages, combining transport, accommodation, and curated experiences into a seamless end-to-end product. Despite my operational focus, I remain closely connected to on-the-ground delivery, working alongside drivers and guides to ensure each programme runs smoothly and reflects the standards expected by both partners and guests. My knowledge of regional touring across Ireland and the UK, combined with strong industry relationships and a structured operational approach, ensures that every journey is delivered with clarity, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Greetings! I moved to Ireland back in 2013. After living here for 13 years, I've come to love this country as my own (Venezuela) and really enjoy sharing my knowledge on the Irish history and culture. Nowadays, I live in Cobh and definitely came here to stay. Besides having stunning scenery worthy of countless social-media posts, Cobh is one of the most important and interesting local attractions I love to show my guests: its historic links to the Titanic and Lusitania make it a must-see in Cork and Ireland. Painting, writing, travelling and making music are some of the things I like to do during my free time. I also enjoy translating books and documents on Irish history because this is a great way to gain more knowledge. Upon moving to Ireland, I've specialised in tourism for large and small groups. In 2021, I became a certified national tourist guide. I can fluently speak three languages: English, Spanish and French, but I've had the opportunity of guiding people from all over the world, as well as other locals. It is great to see and compare the different perspectives of tourists and guests from far-away countries. What I enjoy the most is that I always end up learning something new.
